During the pandemic housing boom, Michael Winn saw the frustration his friends and family experienced trying to bring their dream homes and remodels to life. During construction they went through multiple floor plan changes, re-painted rooms, redid floors, and many other costly changes. In the end, they still weren’t entirely satisfied with their homes because of other issues they only discovered after living in the finished space.
